Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13th, 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country musician and singer whose tales of heartbreak in the early years achieved wide recognition in the beginning of the 20th century. Swift's passion for music was evident when she was a young age. From musicals for kids to performing before thousands, Swift made rapid progress. Swift in 2011, then 11, sang The Star-Spangled Banner during a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game. In the year following, Swift began writing songs of her own. Swift, who took her influences from the music of Shania Twain and the Dixie Chicks now known as The Chicks in the world of music from the country genre, composed the songs of her own to convey her feelings of alienation. Swift's family relocated in Tennessee Pennsylvania when she was 13, so that she would have longer pursuing the country music label in Nashville.
